What’s New on Disney World’s Summer Menus?

It’s unofficially SUMMER!  I hope you are as excited as I am!   The culinary team at Disney World is excited too.  They have released Disney World’s summer menus, and everything sounds DELICIOUS!  New savory dishes and sweet treats are popping up all over property from parks to resorts.  This is a great time of year to be creative with fresh, light ingredients.  Somehow the treats are extra sweet during a summer evening.  Let’s look at what you can savor this season at the most magical place on Earth.

Le Cellier (Canada Pavilion, Epcot)

This past month, the signature steakhouse is taking on some of the most adventurous menu items of the season. First, let’s look at the appetizers.

The Food Courts (All-Star Resorts, Art of Animation, Pop Century, Caribbean Beach, Port Orleans Resorts)

A Korean style IMPOSSIBLE burger is on the menu at the resort food court locations.  It’s served with Korean-style barbeque sauce and a pickled vegetable slaw.

Also included at these locations is a sweet cupcake that is put together with plant-based chocolate cake topped with vanilla buttercream and sprinkles.

In addition, The Sweet Summertime Favorites is available at all three All-Start food courts.  It’s an illusion dessert designed to resemble a Hot Dog and fries.  It’s really made with chocolate sugar cookies and served with a raspberry dipping sauce.

Furthermore, The Centertown Market has two sundaes for you this season.  The Mickey Sundae is made with vanilla and chocolate soft serve along with mini brownies and chocolate ears.  Your second choice is the Minnie Sundae created with vanilla soft serve, strawberry sauce topped with a Minnie chocolate ears/bow décor.
