“Power-Up” at Super Nintendo World

In more theme park news, Universal Hollywood introduced the “Power-Up” bands for interactive play inside the NEW Super Nintendo World.  This new land will open February 17 at the theme park.  The bands will allow guests more interactive play while they visit.

Power-up bands sync with the Universal app and help guests “level-up” while competing against their family/friends inside the land.  That includes on attractions such as Mario Kart and collecting digital coins at interactive play areas.  It also gives guests the chance to try to beat their own scores when they visit again and again.

Wrapping Up the Theme Park News

This week both Disney and Universal Studios made some exciting announcements.  It seems a lot of it has to do with FOOD!  I’m not complaining about that.
