Near the end of November, Loews Hotels revealed the name and concept art for the two new Universal resorts set to open with Epic Universe in 2025. Introducing Stella Nova and Terra Luna!
What We Know So Far
Both futuristic, space feel hotels are currently under construction and set to open in 2025. Stella Nova is set to open January 21st, 2025; while Terra Luna is set to open February 25th, 2025. These sister value hotels will be located at Universal’s South Complex next to the new park- Epic Universe. Loews has opened reservations to these new resorts already.
About Stella and Terra
Both Stella and Terra will feature 750 guest rooms, which brings the total Universal Value Resort room count to 10,500!
Stella Nova Resort rooms are described as having “sleek curves and subtle colors” that “inspire thoughts of sailing through the galaxies.” Meanwhile, Terra Luna Resort is described similarly “with sweeping curves, terrestrial tones, and an eye-catching, spaceship-styled window” to “inspire thoughts of exploring new worlds.” Stella features blue and purple with pops of orange, while Terra features dark blue and purple with splashes of green.
Room Specs & Amenities
Both hotel’s rooms will be 315 square feet and will sleep up to four, while Loews notes there will be plenty of storage space in the rooms. Both feature a with a white vanity, toilet, and bath. A rounded corner rectangular mirror above the vanity that is backlight backlit. A door will separate the toilet and shower area from the vanity.

- Iron
- Hair dryer
- Safe
- Smoke free
- Flat screen TV
- Coffee maker
- Mini fridge
Both the Terra and the Stella price point is starting at $168 a night. Stella Nova will be open to the public starting on January 21st, 2025 while Terra Luna will follow shortly after; opening to the public on February 25th, 2025.
Park Benefits and Location
Both of these new 3 star accommodation hotels will be located adjacent to the brand new Epic Universe park that is set to open mid 2025. Guests staying at these hotels will be able to access the rest of Universal Orlando Resort via complimentary shuttles. Just like guests at other Universal resorts, guests here will be able to take advantage of some great exclusive benefits such as hour early admission,
resort-wide charging privileges, and more!
