There’s Nowhere Like This Place
This hotel is officially the only Pixar themed resort in the world. You can stay and play among beloved characters like the Incredibles, Toy Story, Inside Out, and more. Pixar studio artists were brought into the space to create some unique designs for the resort.
You’ll be greeted by the Pixar lamp on top of its ball as you enter the hotel. Guests can workout with Mike and Sully in the fitness center, and “just keep swimming” with the characters from Finding Nemo at the rooftop pool area.
Location is a Top Priority

The guest rooms will continue to offer standard 2 queen bed accommodations on up to 1-2 and 3-bedroom suites. In addition, this resort also offers guest Club Level accommodation with concierge service and complimentary food and beverages throughout the day.
The Food is Elevated AND Comforting
The table service restaurant, Great Maple, opens in November off the lobby before the official name changes. This restaurant, said to have an “elevated menu of comfort food”, includes Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Maple Bacon Donuts, ribs, and salmon dishes to name just a bit.
The Sketchpad Café opens as a grab and go service after the opening of the full-service restaurant and the pool bar, Small Bytes, offers guests sandwiches, wraps, salads, and cocktails.
The Price is Right
Of the three Disney owned resorts at Disneyland, this hotel has the lowest of the prices. Not necessarily classified as a Value Resort by Disney World’s Standard on the East Coast, but lower in cost at roughly $560/night for a standard room that sleeps up to 5 guests.
The price will vary depending on the type of room and time of year you choose. Despite the name change, this resort continues to be the least expensive Disney choice.
